		<description>I see this all the time on trashy &#039;current affairs&#039; style tv shows around here.. people complaining they are in crazy debt because the bank gave them a credit card with $10,000 limit even though they don&#039;t have jobs etc.. Nobody else&#039;s fault but their own.</description>
